Customer Service Representative

Paylessforoil.com is searching for a Customer Sales Representative! The ideal candidate will be professional, prompt, be able to multi-task, be a team player, and have a fabulous personality!

Duties and Responsibilities

-Respond to customers that call to order oil, schedule service, or ask any billing questions.

-Create new accounts that need to be opened.

-Handle real time chats online with the customers.

-Respond to customer emails.

-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED

- Customer Service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

-Ability to read, understand, and follow direction.

-Pleasant phone voice with positive attitude.

-Self-Motivation and organizational skills.

-Strong interpersonal/communication skills

-Excellence in paying attention to detail

-Computer proficiency

-Willingness to learn and understand policies and multitask.

-Understanding of working in a Team environment.

-Thorough knowledge, understanding and technical proficiency related to social media.

This is a full-time M-F position. Working hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
