Arrick's Propane is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grayson, KY. This position is responsible for providing excellent service to our valued customers by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and making outgoing phone calls. The Customer Service Representative will also assist with the installation and delivery of our products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
·Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
·Assist with order placement and installation of products such as furniture, lighting, and shower curtains.
·Maintain customer relationships with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
·Provide information about products and services to new and existing customers.
·Answer questions about products and services.
·Receive and distribute mail at the office daily.
·Maintain records of customer interactions, call ins, emails, and mailings in our electronic file system.
·Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company and or management.
·Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
·Strong phone skills with experience in customer service or sales preferred.
·Ability to work independently on projects while being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and goals.
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus (We are using Google Docs for all of our documents.)
