Customer Relations Representative

As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be on-site 5 days a week and at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and top-tier service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide solutions, build relationships, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

- Manage order entry, updates, and rush requests with accuracy

- Work closely with scheduling, production, and freight teams to ensure smooth deliveries

- Assist customers with pricing, quoting, and product inquiries

- Support the team with administrative tasks and customer communications

What You Bring:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Epicor

- A team-player attitude with the ability to multitask
