Job Summary

The Customer Services Manager plays a critical role in leading and directing operations across ETT's extensive footprint. This position is vital for developing practices and procedures tailored to large load customer interactions, generators, and due diligence committees. The Manager serves as the primary liaison for other business units within the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The Manager is responsible for guiding the customer services team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, aligning with the strategic goals of ETT, AEP, BHE, and the overarching Customer Experience framework. This role demands a proactive approach to managing customer relationships and ensuring that service delivery meets the unique needs of large load customers and other stakeholders.

$132,562.00-172,331.00 USD
