About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients across Canada. You'll act as a trusted advisor—identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering strategic solutions, and driving client success. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and business goals.
Account Growth: Identify and execute on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, expanding our presence within existing accounts.
Retention & Satisfaction: Monitor account performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Leverage data and client insights to shape account strategies, influence product development, and inform business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to enhance value propositions.
Reporting: Deliver regular reports and insights on client performance and engagement to key internal stakeholders.
Client Advocacy: Represent client interests within the company, ensuring their voices inform our strategic direction and service delivery.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success—preferably with subscription-based products or consulting services
Proven experience managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms and customer data analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make data-informed decisions
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel within Canada as required (must possess a valid passport)
