We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Coordinator to support our Sales Department in handling inbound leads, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and helping to convert inquiries into sales. This role serves as a critical point of contact for prospective and existing customers, coordinating communication, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
- Qualify and route leads to appropriate sales reps based on product needs and lead source.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
- Provide product information and guidance to potential and existing customers.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling.
- Track lead performance and identify trends to improve lead handling processes.
- Assist with other customer service activities including invoicing, collection and account maintenance.
- Deliver a high standard of service that reflects Kronbergs values and brand reputation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software (NetSuite experience a plus).
- Customer-first attitude with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
