ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for Fortune 500 and other successful companies in the electronics, medical, transportation, and other commercial industries. Our ISO-certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, welding, machining, painting, and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility are located in Fridley, MN.

We are searching for an experienced and/or degreed individual for customer account management. This is a full-time, professional position responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be seeking a stable company where they can establish long-term employment that offers growth and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Receives and acknowledges customer orders. Confirms pricing and delivery date.

· Enters customer orders in our enterprise system and produces work orders for production release.

· Utilizes resource planning system to manage orders, lead times, and stock levels.

· Acts as the primary point of contact for the company with its customers. Manages inquiries and requests, including expedites.

· Handles customers and difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

· Determines product packaging and shipping requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

· Two or more years of experience in account management or customer service. Contract manufacturing experience is highly desired.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, helpful, and professional).

· Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Email. Ability to learn and use business software effectively. Blueprint reading skills are helpful.

· This is not a remote work position. You will ideally live within a 40-minute commute from Fridley, MN.

Salary & Benefits:

- $53,000 to $70,000, depending on Qualifications
