Position Summary:

The CSR, under direct supervision, is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external Company customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department.

We offer a competitive salary range of $46,000 to $64,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
