What You'll Do:
•Engage directly with customers at local retail and event venues
•Build and maintain customer relationships while promoting products and services
•Manage customer accounts, focusing on acquisition and retention
•Troubleshoot product concerns and upsell where applicable
•Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
•Track data and trends to support marketing and sales strategies
•Collaborate with campaign teams, sales managers, and leadership to optimize customer success
What We’re Looking For:
•1–3 years of experience in sales, events, customer service, retail, brand ambassador work, or hospitality
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
•Must have a valid driver’s license
•High school diploma or equivalent required
