Purchaser

Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Purchaser’s role is focused on fulfilling requisition orders or requests for standard materials, tools, equipment and services for projects and operational requirements. The. Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the correct material, equipment, and services are sourced for the projects at the best price and available on site when needed to ensure the projects are on time and on budget. The purchaser is responsible for acting in the best interests of the projects and company to ensure the best use of financial resources.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance and 2+ years purchasing experience; or Diploma in Business or Finance and 5+ years purchasing experience.
