Join a company that values safety, teamwork, and skill. As a Crane Rigger, you’ll play a critical role in safely lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials in the oil field, manufacturing plants, and on construction projects.

- Assemble and set up rigging using cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves.

- Secure loads with hooks, chains, slings, or other devices for safe lifting.

- Guide crane operators with hand signals or radio during lifts and placement.

- Inspect rigging for safety and reliability, ensuring all tags are current.

- Dismantle, account for, and properly store rigging equipment after jobs.

- Maintain equipment and vehicles, performing basic maintenance and repairs.

- Uphold company safety standards at all times.

Physical Requirements

- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.

- Strong stamina and endurance to work physically over long periods.

- Ability to maintain balance and stability in challenging conditions.

- Manual dexterity for quick, precise hand movements.
