Cortez - Capital Project Superintendent

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Capital Projects Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will overshee execution for multiple projects across differnt sites.

Responsibilities:

+ Commission and evaluate trade-off studies + Develop project schedules and budgets at appropriate detail + Develop and review financial assessments in coordination with Finance partners + Ensure projects meet company investment filters + Prepare and motivate project approvals + Coordinate and communicate procurement strategies + Develop work scopes and bid packages + Complete technical and commercial review + Participate in bid clarifications and negotiations + Recommend contract award and seek necessary approvals
