Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Site Services Supervisor with our Cortez operation. The successful candidate is responsible for leading the safe execution of all Site Services activities including facility maintenance and contractor supervision.

Responsibilities:

•

Lead the safe execution of all Site Services activities including facility maintenance and contractor supervision

•

Develop and implement construction and contractor scopes of work and KPI’s

•

Audit Contractor performance based on KPI’s

•

Lead Fire Systems Management, Radio Network, and HVAC Maintenance functions

•

Facilitate tax and insurance audits

•

Lead Fuel and Propane facilities preventative maintenance and repair

•

Ensure that short-range activities remain aligned with schedule and other maintenance activities

•

Implement maintenance improvement strategy

•

Sustain an attitude of continuous improvement throughout the organization

•

Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met

•

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•

BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant experience preferred

•

Six (6) years mining experience with four (2) in progressive supervisory or technical roles preferred

•

Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office required – experience with Oracle preferred

•

Proven safe work record required

•

Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance records required
