The Corporate Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the VP of Corporate Administration across a wide range of responsibilities that help keep the organization running efficiently. This role ensures the seamless execution of operational and administrative processes in areas such as facilities, governance, fleet, and internal compliance. By maintaining structure, improving workflows, and helping manage essential tasks, this individual helps free up strategic leadership time while enhancing cross-departmental coordination.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Corporate Administration, ensuring operational priorities are executed efficiently and effectively
• Lead and manage administrative projects related to facilities, internal compliance, vendor coordination, and fleet operations
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative processes and internal systems across the Corporate Administration function
• Own documentation workflows, including internal policies, regulatory tracking, and preparation of board and executive materials
• Coordinate and manage logistics for board meetings and corporate governance tasks, including document preparation and meeting scheduling
• Support and oversee facilities-related operations in partnership with the Facilities and Operations Assistant, ensuring alignment with the VP of Corporate Administration on priorities such as maintenance, security, and vendor services.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics to evaluate team operations, support data-driven decisions, and identify areas for process improvement
• Own and manage the departmental budget, including tracking expenses, reviewing vendor invoices, monitoring spending against forecasts, and preparing regular updates for the VP of Corporate Administration
• Maintain accurate records, contracts, and renewal timelines for facilities, vendors, and service providers
• Support executive level communications, scheduling, and coordination as needed
• Oversee and enhance administrative processes and record keeping throughout the department
• Execute ad hoc projects and provide administrative support as directed by the VP of Corporate Administration
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 of experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role, preferably in oil and gas operations
• Experience coordinating corporate governance activities, vendor management, and compliance tracking
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of maintaining accurate records and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using SharePoint and document management systems
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
• Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $83,500 - $132,400 annually in this location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.

This position is located Denver, Colorado. Candidates currently residing in locations outside of daily commuting distance will be considered, however, it is the expectation that the selected individual will be available at the work location. No relocation or travel assistance will be provided by the Company for this position.
This position operates in an office environment. This entails working inside in an office space wherein employee may be provided a public work station (cubicle) or private office. From time to time, the role will require field visits where exposure to extreme weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, dust, electrical charges and other unforeseen exposures may be encountered.
In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time. While at work sites, the employee will be expected to walk and stand. Individuals might be asked to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and/or crawl. Individuals might be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. in the performance of this position.
This is a full-time position. We operate on a 9/80 work schedule. Typical work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on working Fridays. Employee must be capable and willing to work overtime as required and to participate in occasional meetings, events, seminars, conferences, or other activities outside of typical work hours. Employees responsible for project operations are expected to monitor and, in some cases, respond to emails, calls, or texts outside of business hours.
Occasional travel to work site locations may be expected. Overnight stays may be required from time to time for training, seminars, field visits, or visits to onsite locations.
