The company operates 24/7 in Powder River Basin (WY), Uinta Basin (UT), and the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Delaware Basins (NM/TX). Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Roosevelt, UT at Prairie Field Services. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure safety protocols are followed, manage logistics, and optimize efficiencies in the transportation process.

Qualifications

•

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

•

Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations management

•

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

•

Experience with fleet management systems is a plus

•

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
