The Corporate Controller will play a hands-on leadership role
in managing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. This position reports directly to the CEO and will be a trusted partner in ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial information. The Controller will oversee the accounting team, enhance processes, and support the company’s continued growth.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project/job costing
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Support the CEO and leadership team with clear financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors
- Implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a strong, accountable team
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership responsibility- Industry experience in
oilfield services, construction, or industrial services

- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-state accounting and payroll operations a plus
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (experience with NetSuite or similar is highly valued)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance strategy with execution
