A Service Project Coordinator manages project schedules, resources, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Key duties include creating project plans, coordinating teams and vendors, tracking progress, managing documentation and budgets, and acting as a central point of communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, often with proficiency in project management software.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Administrator of the Company’s CMMS system
: Administer all aspects of the Prevalon’s CMMS system, Softwrench such as but not limited to; site set-up, inventory management, preventative maintenance plans, work order creation, and workflow.
- Work Order Management
: Create and distribute planned and unplanned maintenance work orders; ensure work orders are properly completed and all required support documentation has been received in Softwrench.
- Invoice Reconciliation
: Ensure vendors have submitted all required documentation in the CMMS system such as their end-of-day reports and work order completion reconciled to their service invoices.
- Administrative support
: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and handle project-related administrative tasks.
- Return Material Authorization
: Administer the RMA process through Softwrench as required by our key equipment suppliers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
