We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Controls Engineers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Completing service calls and preventative maintenance calls on BMS systems while maintaining positive client relations
•Troubleshoot installations and resolve deficiencies
•Effectively communicate with customers to evaluate service needs, maintain proper scheduling and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
•Monitor building systems to ensure optimum performance standards are achieved
•Identify opportunities for additional building enhancements and perform upgrades on existing systems
•Perform building surveys and work with operations on estimating additional work
•Perform necessary software programming, equipment start-up, tuning and calibration and commissioning of BAS systems
•Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
•Work with service manager and project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
•Communicate effectively with customers, managers, subcontractors, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Three years’ experience in the HVAC Controls Industry
•Experience with Honeywell or Johnson Controls automation and product line, preferred
•Niagara Platform experience, a plus
•Experience in LON or BACnet Interface
•Ability to read and understand HVAC design, symbols, wiring diagrams and directions
•Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
