We are looking for a Contracts Administrator
to join a fast-paced aerospace environment in
Irvine, CA. This role will be responsible for managing customer contracts, supporting proposal development, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Manage and administer customer contracts ensuring compliance with pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms
• Review customer purchase orders and monitor contract performance
• Prepare proposal packages in response to customer requirements and RFPs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost estimates, delivery schedules, and technical inputs
• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Manage order entry, scheduling changes, and demand planning activities
• Investigate and resolve customer claims or contract-related issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations including
FAR/DFAR and export control requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in contract administration or contract management
Experience managing contracts across the full lifecycle (RFP to closeout)
Knowledge of FAR / DFAR and government contract flow-down requirements
Knowledge of government contract compliance and export control regulations
