Description

We are looking for a Contract, Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team with high-volume hiring needs. This role requires someone who not only excels at organization and candidate coordination, but also brings hands-on recruiting experience — particularly with blue-collar, field, or skilled trade positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and ensures a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage requisitions across multiple roles, with a focus on blue-collar and field-based positions.

- Source and screen candidates as needed, particularly for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and locations.

- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

- Manage job postings across career sites, job boards, and social platforms.

- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Assist with offer letters, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding logistics.

- Generate recruiting reports and track metrics to support team performance.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting experience (contract or full-time).

- Prior experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trades, or field positions strongly preferred. Electric utility experience is desired.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Paylocity or other similar ATS) and recruiting tools.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
