Recruitment Coordinator

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will support recruitment efforts across a range of roles—from skilled trades to professional positions—to ensure SESI maintains access to qualified talent. This includes managing systems, processes, and internal engagement to meet hiring goals effectively.

- Expand SESI’s vendor network with a focus on critical skill areas

- Manage and improve the onboarding experience for new hires

- Oversee applicant tracking systems and related processes

- Promote SESI’s brand internally across Siemens Energy platforms (e.g., Yammer, SharePoint)

What You Bring

- Relevant degree preferred but not required

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

- Willingness to travel up to 10%

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus

- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
