COMPENSATION

$35/hour

Full-time, 40 hours/week

3–6 month contract with potential for extension

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative in Tolleson, AZ. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding approximately 120 light industrial workers within a condensed project timeline. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and has experience managing high-volume recruitment efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles (warehouse, production, general labor, etc.)

- Source candidates through job boards, local outreach, hiring events, and referrals

- Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers

- Partner closely with operations and site leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities

- Facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interview days as needed

- Track candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and progress toward hiring goals

- Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, and start dates

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or light industrial environments

- Proven experience hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and a high candidate flow simultaneously

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards (Indeed, etc.)

- Ability to work onsite in Tolleson, AZ and support hiring events as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience supporting large-scale hiring ramps (50+ hires in a short timeframe)

- Prior experience working onsite at distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

- Experience coordinating hiring events or job fairs

- Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
