Job Summary
We’re looking for a Contracts Specialist who can expertly navigate high-value RFPs, major project bids, and contract renewals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for results. You’ll collaborate closely with operations and sales leaders to assess new customers, evaluate opportunities, and develop winning proposals that make a difference.
This isn’t just any role—you’ll be our bidding maestro, contract champion, and customer service guru, ensuring that our contracts are executed smoothly, our documents are in top shape, and our processes run like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Bring:
•Proven experience in bids and contract management, ideally with high-value RFPs and major projects.
•Familiarity with business software for invoicing, contract management, and customer service.
•Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Excel creating pivot tables and formulations
•Solid experience utilizing other specific systems such as NetSutie, S2G Periscope, BidNet, and Bonfire
•Prior experience with FAR, DFAR, Federal Billing, WAWF (Wide Area Workflow), DIBBS, and Sam.gov is preferred
•Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills to keep clients happy and internal teams on the same page.
•A proactive mindset for updating processes and enhancing efficiency.
