As our project portfolio expands, we’re seeking a highly organized and creative Content Coordinator to support our growing marketing needs and keep our brand presence strong, consistent, and engaging.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Content Coordinator, you’ll serve as the communication bridge between our in-house media team and the public. You will be responsible for working closely with our project management, field supervision, and media teams to shape and deploy engaging content that captures our company’s values, milestones, and people. From social media planning to internal event support, you’ll take ownership of how and when our stories are shared.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
•Organize and schedule digital content across all platforms
•Build content calendars aligned with project timelines, company events, and employee features
•Review, select, and repurpose content into stories, carousels, and highlight posts
Copywriting & Brand Messaging
•Write captions, blogs, and web copy that reflect our company’s voice, mission, and milestones
•Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
•Ensure language consistency across all marketing and communication efforts
Website & Internal Marketing Coordination
•Prepare and organize content for website updates
•Collaborate with internal teams for project descriptions, sponsorship tracking, and branded in-office materials
•Assist with event coordination and branded merchandise planning
•Communicate with project managers and field leads to align content with job milestones
•Maintain tracking sheets for project schedules and posting timelines
•Follow trends and seasonal themes to keep content relevant and fresh
What You Need to Bring
•2+ years in marketing, communications, or content coordination
•Strong writing and editing skills
•Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, Canva (CapCut/Adobe a plus)
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•Team-oriented with strong initiative and communication skills
