Job Summary
The Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of construction crews. This position is responsible for ensuring that all builds run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong and a passion for helping others.
Duties
•Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of job sites, ensuring crews are on-site as required, permits are posted, and all materials are on-site.
•Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement build schedules.
•Be punctual and on time, safe driver, and communicate effectively.
•Serve as the primary point of contact between crews and production/reps, addressing inquiries and providing before-and-after photos of jobs.
•Monitor crews' progress and provide insight on installation methods and codes.
•Maintain accurate records of crews, materials bought, and job completion.
Skills
•Strong understanding or ability to learn roofing systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with crews. (Spanish not required but is a plus)*
•Experience in roofing, construction, or related fields is highly desirable but not necessary.
•Valid drivers license and safe driving skills.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks, including Customer Relations Systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
