- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate processing of sales orders.

- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding benefits administration and policy inquiries.

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.

- Stay informed about industry trends, HIPAA regulations, and competitive products.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments.

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.

- Experience in telemarketing or sales administration is a plus.

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to the insurance industry is desirable.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving targets.

- Bilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.
