Construction Superintendent – Multi-Family Projects (Apartments, not Homes)

MUST have experience w/apartment building construction

MUST have served as lead superintendent on at least 5 multi-family projects

We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multi-family (apartment) projects from start to finish. Candidates must have a proven track record with reputable multifamily developers or general contractors—single-family or townhome experience does not qualify.
