Construction Superintendent

Successful homebuilder is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and team members.

This is a hands-on job that requires the ability to work long hours and will sometimes include working nights and weekends in an intense high-pressure environment. Candidate should have real world construction knowledge and experience with the various trades: site development, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, insulatio, drywall, tile, trim, etc. that are involved in ground up new home construction.

Must have a strong backbone and the ability to operate in a difficult environment with little appreciation or gratitude. Must be willing to respond to texts and phone calls at times outside of normal work hours and to take actions necessary in the moment which may conflict with other personal engagements.
