Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Duties

•

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

•

Utilize construction management software such as ProCore / ConDoc for project tracking and documentation.

•

Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements.

•

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

•

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that costs are controlled and reported accurately.

•

Review contracts and schematics to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

•

Interpret blueprints and provide guidance to the team on technical aspects of the project.

•

Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.

Experience

•

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of construction management software, particularly ProCore / ConDoc and Bluebeam.

•

Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques in construction projects.

•

Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management.

•

Experience in budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects.

•

Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
