Construction Superintendent

Position Summary

The superintendent is a crucial part of our team leading field staff on the job site to ensure work is completed on-time and upholds our commitment to excellence. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and will supervise all onsite work from the outset of the project through completion. You are responsible for coordinating all site construction activities between field staff and trade partners, maintaining safety and quality standards, proactively problem-solving any issues that arise, and facilitating communication between field staff, trade partners, and project managers. On team Gardner, you hold high standards for yourself and others and take pride in executing high quality work. You enjoy motivating others and are energized by team members who are equally committed to the team’s success.
