Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
•Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
•Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
•Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting schedules as necessary
•Conduct site inspections and enforce quality standards
•Maintain detailed daily reports and job site documentation
•Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, suppliers, and clients
•Manage delivery and inventory of materials on-site
•Address and resolve any issues or delays on-site in a proactive manner
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial or residential)
•High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management preferred
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents
•Excellent leadership and communication skills
•Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer software
•OSHA 30 certification preferred
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

•Manage project documentation using software such as ProCore or Builder Trend for tracking progress and costs.

•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
•Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
•Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
•Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
•Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
•Ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of safety on-site.
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations is essential for maintaining workplace safety standards.
