About This Job

About the Role:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Project Manager to run healthcare renovation projects in active hospital settings. Projects involve replacing imaging equipment, renovating suites and patient care areas, and delivering fast-turnaround upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.

What You’ll Do:

•

Manage full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication

•

Lead teams through smaller, fast-paced hospital renovations

•

Oversee logistics and compliance in active healthcare environments

•

Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery

•

Provide updates to internal stakeholders and healthcare clients

What We’re Looking For:

•

5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction

•

Strong background in occupied renovations within hospitals or clinics

•

Excellent multitasking, scheduling, and communication skills

•

Familiarity with AHCA standards and hospital project protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
