The Construction Project Manager will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and schedule from conception to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Prepare schedule (Microsoft Projects, Primavera P6, Procore), coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projects.
•Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
•Interact daily with clients/subcontractors to interpret their needs and requirements and represents them in the field.
•Perform overall project managemen control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on the project status including lead weekly OAC meetings with the client/owner.
•Cooperate and communicate effectively with the superintendent. director of construction, owners, architects, engineers and consultants and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
•Review plans, specs and engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate actions.
•Facilitate OAC Meetings through zoom or in person when applicable
•Qualify scope of work with approved plans
•Draft subcontractor agreements
•Track PCO and Change orders
REQUIREMENTS:
•Proven working experience as a Construction Project Manager
•Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Procore and Plan take offs and details
•Advance knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, & Procore
•Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
•Ability to work on multiple construction projects.
