We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and success at every stage.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
•Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
•Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and deadlines.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Budgeting & Cost Control
•Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
•Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Team Coordination & Leadership
•Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and laborers.
•Ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders.
•Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
Compliance & Safety
•Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
•Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
•5+ years of experience in construction project management.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
•Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
•Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
•Experience with government or USACE projects is a plus

Pay: $118,060.00 - $166,223.00 per year
