Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Grapevine, TX. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include managing project coordination, handling project budgets, and working closely with teams to deliver consistent and efficient construction management solutions. Monitoring progress and mitigating risks will also be a significant component of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Project Management and Construction Project Management

- Proven experience in Construction Management and Project Coordination

- Skilled in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects

- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines

- Proficiency in construction management software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred

- Experience in underground utilities and large-diameter water or sewer transmission projects is a plus

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction

- Strong Excel Skills is a plus
