Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. Located in the heart of our operations, this role is vital for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of solar, storage, and microgrid construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and manage all construction activities for assigned projects.

- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.

- Resolve issues and delays in the field.

- Coordinate with engineering and development teams for project handoff.

- Maintain accurate project records and reporting within Zoho Suite.

Qualifications / Experience

- 5+ years of construction project management experience in renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure.

- Proven experience managing subcontractors and vendors.

- Knowledge of solar PV construction, racking, and electrical systems.

- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

- Financial and budget oversight.

- Effective communication across teams and with clients.

Location / Travel

- Based in Dallas, TX headquarters.

- Frequent travel to project sites.
