As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of homebuilding projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve results that reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of residential construction projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and controlling costs.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering accountability and high performance among subcontractors and partners.
- Ensure work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors for cost-effective project delivery.
- Monitor project risks and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Google Suites (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)- 3-5+ Years of experience
- Previously used Buildertrend
- Knowledge of local residential construction market trends
