Construction Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive successful project execution from pre-construction through close-out.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Collinsville, TX. The Construction Project Manager will oversee

and coordinate all aspects of water and wastewater utility construction projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities. This role involves full project lifecycle management, including assisting with project bids, sourcing and obtaining materials and subcontractor quotes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in water utilities or civil infrastructure OR a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

· Experience with bidding, estimating, or procurement in a construction environment

· Familiarity with water/wastewater systems, including specifications and materials

· Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting processes, and safety protocols

· Proficient with project management and estimating software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel)

· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
