The PCM will also work closely with the EPC to ensure personnel safety, adherence to contract terms, and proper preservation of plant equipment and systems, and concurrently identifying and mitigating potential safety, quality, and contract risks. The PCM will report directly to the Director of Construction Services and indirectly to the MPWA-NGS Principal Project Manager.

- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs): Include safety metrics, quality standards, resource utilization, and financial performance.
