Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

•

Lead project planning sessions to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.

•

Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

•

Utilize construction management software such as Builder Trend and Monday.com for project tracking and documentation.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.

•

Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

•

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide updates on project progress.

•

Manage timelines effectively using time management skills to meet project deadlines (bonuses for completing projects in a certain timeframe).

•

Identify potential risks or issues during the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.

•

Order material for projects

•

Complete necessary county and city inspections throughout the project

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in project coordination or construction management.

•

Proficiency in construction management software (Builder Trend and Monday.com) is desirable but not required

•

Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.

•

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

•

Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols is essential.

•

A degree in Construction Management or a related field is not mandatory.
