Confirmation Specialist - Call Center

Status:Full Time - In person

Compensation:$20.75/Hr + Uncapped Bonus!

Hours:12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday – Friday with Alternating Saturdays)

Currently looking to add to our Confirmation Department to help assist with phone calls from our Canvass department to help set appointments.

Overview:The confirmer is responsible for the intake of new canvass lead data, ensuring the accuracy of lead data entry, and calling the homeowner to confirm and qualify lead details. The confirmer is also responsible for the intake of incoming canvas phone calls, and customer callbacks. When there are no additional incoming canvass leads, confirmers are responsible for the outbound dialing of reset queues to schedule appointments. Confirmers report directly to the confirmation Manager
