Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for a Call Center Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Inside Sales Department.

DUTIES:
•Oversee a team of inside sales agents to support performance goals.
•Hiring, development and performance manage team.
•Ensure call center policies and procedures are followed to ensure efficiency and productivity.
•Monitor call center performance through call recordings, call metrics and customer feedback.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to installation.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 1- year of experience in a supervisory position.
Computer skills – general computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM experience a plus!*
•Experience working in call center environment.
•Strong ability to solve problems, communicate and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Must have a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends).
