Location: Labelle location but travel for sales will be necessary in the Labelle Fort Myers area and you may need to travel to our Palmetto office on occasion for meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction industry.

•

Provide expert advice on concrete products, applications, and pricing.

•

Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts.

•

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

•

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

•

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.

Qualifications:

•

Previous experience in concrete sales, construction materials, or a related industry preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of concrete products, applications, and industry standards.

•

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•

Valid clean driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
