Salesperson – Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

Are you passionate about sales and have a knack for home remodeling? We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable salesperson to join our team specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise and industry know-how to create exceptional client experiences.

Key Qualifications

Industry Expertise: Prior experience in home remodeling, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, is highly preferred.

Sales Mastery: Proven ability to build relationships, adapt to client needs, and close deals effectively.

Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with materials, fixtures, and installation processes to advise clients with confidence.

Design Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of current kitchen and bath design trends to inspire and guide clients.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Bilingual Skills: A plus, but not required, to better serve diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their remodeling goals and needs.

Present design concepts, product options, and remodeling solutions effectively.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovations to enhance your expertise.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, preferably in home remodeling or a related field.

Strong understanding of kitchen and bath remodeling products and design principles.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer software.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
