Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your skills in account management and lead generation.
Responsibilities
•
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
•
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and outside sales efforts.
•
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
•
Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
•
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•
Collaborate with the project management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
•
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM software.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors.
•
Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
•
Experience in Construction sales necessary with an emphasis on Foundation work.
•
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
•
Experience in lead generation techniques and outside sales strategies.
•
Familiarity with sales management processes and tools.
•
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
