Genesis Concrete is seeking a dynamic and driven sales representative to join our ready-mix concrete team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and passion for building strong customer relationships. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting our high-quality concrete products, and driving sales growth within the construction industry.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactionsHandle incoming sales related calls and gather project information (contact info, project, location, volume, mix requirements and schedule.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
At least 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry
Ability to understand technical aspects of concrete products
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
