Key Responsibilities

- Manage NERC/SERC and CIP compliance programs

- Oversee environmental compliance (PCB, spill prevention, training)

- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans

- Provide compliance training and coordinate across departments

- Stay current on regulatory standards and implement updates

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 3–5 years in NERC compliance

- Strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
