The Compliance Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting HVAC/R field operations by managing the job completion process. This position ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in technician checkouts, enabling seamless operations across multiple departments. Through diligent data entry, verification, and analysis, the Quality Control Analyst directly contributes to operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Technician Support
•Act as the primary contact for HVACR field technicians during job checkouts.
•Ensure all required job information is accurately reported before work is finalized.
Data Accuracy & Documentation
•Verify job details including services performed, materials used, time on site, and follow-up actions.
•Ensure all data is recorded clearly and correctly in the appropriate systems.
Workflow Coordination
•Communicate job status updates to dispatchers, service managers, and other internal teams.
•Help maintain smooth operations by ensuring job status is always current.
Issue Resolution
•Identify and correct discrepancies or incomplete information in job submissions.
•Collaborate with technicians to resolve issues before closing out work orders.
Process Optimization
•Regularly review and refine technician checkout procedures to improve speed and reduce errors.
•Recommend workflow improvements based on trends and recurring issues.
Compliance & Quality Control
•Confirm that all compliance standards, documentation requirements, and customer approvals are met prior to job closure.
Data Entry & Review
•Input checkout data into a master spreadsheet for centralized tracking and reporting.
•Review all entries for accuracy and compliance prior to final submission.
Data Analysis
•Provide regular metrics and trend analysis to management for high-level review.
•Identify patterns that may indicate process inefficiencies or training needs.
Work Order Coding
•Accurately code work orders to ensure consistent and correct data in company systems.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.
•Comfortable using and adapting to new software systems.
•Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal and process improvement.
•Power BI experience a plus but not required.
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
