Become a Compensation Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this key role, you will use your strategic thinking and subject matter expertise to develop, implement, and administer a variety of compensation programs for more than 10,000 employees. You will lead large projects with enterprise-wide impact working closely with senior management to ensure that our compensation programs and strategies align with business objectives. You will partner with HRIS and IT teams to improve and innovate the administrative systems supporting our compensation programs, including improving the user experience for leaders and other employees.
