Position Summary
The Communications Business Partner supports multiple refinery leadership by creating and delivering comprehensive internal and external communication programs that drive engagement, build the company’s reputation, and protect its license to operate.
The successful candidate must deliver well-crafted messaging and compelling content that resonates with internal leaders, employees and a range of external stakeholders. This role requires a mix of consulting, influencing, coaching, project management and storytelling skills to create meaningful impact.
This role is part of the Communications & Community Relations organization and reports to the Communications Director. This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. Position can be based in Findlay, OH or San Antonio, TX; other locations that align with the business needs of this position may also be considered.
